This business appear to be leaders in IMconferencing, web conferencing etc and I'm rather interested in utilizing them for my company. Has anyone here at any time used their products? Was it worth it? I'd be grateful for any advice.

LiveOffice are a good choice, I can recommend them, my company uses them. Pretty affordable. Check out their website, http://www.liveoffice.com, but there's a lot of competition out there, so check around first. Hope this helps.
