Hi,
I am looking to use Rhodamine B as a fluorescence marker for my experiment; however, I am having trouble figure out the proper concentration that I should use to be able to do relative irradiance (florescence) spectroscopy. I want to be in the region where is florescence is proportional to concentration. Appreciate any help! Thanks in advance. |
