As u probably know, there are a two main (indirect) evidences for the multidimensonality of spacetime at a large scales: microwave fluctuation topology ("hall of mirrors") and maybe even stronger red shift quantization (click to the corresponding illustration for the further informations).

Z asked, Is the spacetime multidimensional at large scales?

Phil answers, Yes it must be, as the nature of space in general can not be one phased.

OK, but the question is, whether the phase sizes are macroscopic, i.e. at the distance levels of says 1 million to 13 billions light years...

Great article Zeph'......right up my street as my T.O.E model involves similar topologies to the ones mentioned, although definately not "footballs"

I believe in toroidal symmetry of Aether deformations like You, so I'm rather skeptical to such explanation. Compare the WMAP data models with the results of (quite 3D classical) model of spacetime fluctuations..

I'm afraid, the "football" structures cannot be simply interpreted as the proof of multidimensional large distance topology, because it corresponds the clouds of "dark matter" observed by quite different methods. Moreover, the "hall of mirrors" model predicts some long distance repeating of such structures, which was never been observed yet - it seems, each node at WMAP spatial network is semirandom and unique.

Where you've goofed in this post.

You cant go back millions of light years and predict what happened then as you would have to show the use of a timeline predictor, which would be a security violation.
