I heard a rumor toxic sludge from New Orleans was being emptied into the Gulf of Mexico. Further, that this toxic sludge contained stuff from flooded chemical plants in New Orleans. This is all totaly hearsay, but I do wonder if it might not be true and harming dolphins?
