So, what you're saying; is that, if someone posts some stark, appallingly delusional piece of obvious claptrap, I'm not allowed to comment?

No, what I am saying, specifically, in regards to you, and only in regards to your latest feedback, is that you should not get your "rocks off" doing the metaphorical equivalent of spitting on someone just for walking in the room...

More generally, I am trying to point out a "data point" in what I believe to be a pattern of Forum-sanctioned (however unintentionally...) psychological abuse upon this forum.

Best,
Raphie

@Raphie,

Have a go at rpenner's challenge - there's still some fun to be had there.

I'm a bit busy, C2. I just discovered the "Shift Left Operator" in Steven Strogatz' book, the Calculus of Friendship." It's applicable to just about everything I have been doing the last couple years and can be thought of as a tool to translate Recursion-based formulas into Calculus. I've modified it already to include a "Shift Right Operator" as well as a parameter to specify Range.

The book is pretty amazing. Strogatz' writing style reminds me a bit of mr.homm's. I think you would like it.

Funny thing, I found the book left out in the hallway yesterday. One man's trash and all that...

Best,
Raphie

P.S. Those terms, by the way, are not "new." They are to be found in the Computer Programming world, but, in my opinion, they are presented in far too confusing a manner for the average Joe. -- RF
