There is good news for chronic asthma patients, who have been suffering for years now. You can have access to the breathing technique that was devised by late Prof. Buteyko in curing asthma. All you need to do is visit my signature. I used it for my own asthma as there is a few free videos to watch. The method is simple to learn and I have found the DVD to be very helpful. The method has had six scientific trials and will reduce the need for medication by half within three to six months. The first instruction is to learn how to unblock your nose and not to breathe through the mouth. It is information that all asthmatics should be taught .

There have been scientific studies done. But it is not airway function that is shown to improve but patients reduce their use of self-administered medication. Further, it is incorrect to suggest that this is a "cure" but it is a lifestyle change which if kept up seems to produce happier asthmatics who spend less on medication. -------------------- 愛平兎仏主
"And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:7 It's just good Netiquette. Failing that, Chlorpromazine. |
