My problem with Hawking radiation is how does the
mass that's at the center of a black hole in a so called
singularity move to the surface?

Hawking is saying mass leaks.
And it is bunk. tongue.gif

Wow, have you ever seen the gravitational pathways that a blackhole, and our very own sun exhibits. The radiation tends to go outwards along the slower velocity of the gravitational pathways, which is typically one of the poles, or the axis points of the mass.

Hawking Radiation is usually shown as being ejected in this manner, and expelled like heated water from a geyser.

Me, personally, I would venture to say eventually this radiation becomes what we call dark matter as it cools.

Hawking radiation is only the indication of matter having its valances striped, within a fountain, that projects up near the poles of a relative black hole.
