there is a special on workplace rage.

Sigmund Freud knew that by the study of the human mind, there is the ego, superego and the id.

It seems and this may be just my view, that when a person is invested in their work duties in a job task, they go through levels and plateaus.

OSHA and job related labor relations, state that a person shall in most cases, enjoy a fifteen minutes to a half hour break away from their assigned task duties, so that in theory they have time to diffuse and refresh their attitudes on the job.

Make them more normal in other words?

It seems and this is a chance saying, that in photographed documented instances of workplace rage, that the person who acts out in rage, seems at first to be mainfully carrying on their duties, however as Freud had indicated about the id or more animal identity housed within the psychological laminations of that person, is trying to get out and express themselves.

So what is going on here with regards to workplace rage?
Is it bad office design?
A job or type of job that nobody wants or can endure?
Is it that the people are too closely gathered together, so prompting animal like reactions?

What is the nature of why people are it seems are completing a task, or trying to and then all of a sudden it seems like an animal is overtaking them.

Instructions to the student:Write up what you see as a proper topic.Make sure that you address this issue in a mature sensible fashion, when and if you decide to submit this topic to your teacher and or instructor.

Do not waiver from the analitical aspect of the fact finding task.
