I find it very disappointing to find this article on physorg
http://www.physorg.com/news123944737.html

It turns out all humans are PRIMATES, as are gorillas, chimpanzees, monkeys, orangutans, etc.

It seems we have yet so much to learn.

You didn't know that already? Humans are a part of nature just like every other part, and we are related to all other forms of life, some distantly, others closely.
You might console yourself with the knowledge that we're the only living Hominina, however.

Yes I already knew that. Thanks for the link.

I found the headline a turn off.

Perhaps I'll bother to read the article...

The article sucks, not just the headline.

It's amazing what research can discover when the researchers decide the outcome prior to the research blink.gif

Allright, I managed to digest the blurb beneath the headline:
QUOTE
Many U.S. citizens may not hold openly racist beliefs today, but they still may subconsciously link African Americans with apes because people still use words and metaphors that subtly reinforce a less-than-human bias and endorse violence against Blacks, according to a new study.

What comes first? Language? Or subconcious thoughts?

I think anyone claiming such should take a look in the mirror.
