(I hope this is the right subject to post this under)

Alright, well in my 3D class we are being assigned a project called "Fasion Without Fabric." Which means exactly what it says. We can't use cloth of any sort to create an outfit. I had this idea to have a kinda interesting looking suit wiring leds or some sort of illumination through out it. Im not worried about that so much. Although I was hoping to have a power charge of some kind threw the hands/fingertips and when brought close enough they will form an arcing static shock like a Tesla coil. Is something like this even remotely plausible (like even with the power source in a backpack) without having to drag my feet across the carpet????
