It seems that when somebody drinks water from Copper pot, it may improve the functioning of brain due to good conducting ions of copper.

However I like to know whether it helps in blocking the arteries?

A quick search of wikipedia shows that Symptoms of copper poisoning are very similar to those produced by arsenic., but it does have an essential role in several enzymes
