I have contacted the CBC, (Canada) Earthday.ca, and the David Suzuki Foundation about thermal pollution. 10,000 to 20,000 megawats of nuclear power heats all the water going over Niagara falls 1 to 2 degrees--each second. The warmer water will release carbon dioxide; and, perhaps would they have some information about that. There was no reply. Am I still in this Universe.
