I wonder about max "read/write" cycle. That"s the main problem with solid state memory.

Has the cost been reported? Seems like this could be competitive with smaller drives (4 or 8 GB), but would be significantly more costly for larger drives (40 or 60 GB).

Samsung is estimating 1,000,000 hours / 1,000,000 write cycles. Most flash disk producers boast a 10 year life expectancy...That's twice the best warranty on a mechanical hard disk. PQI is coming out with SATA Flash disks too. All at http://www.dvnation.com/nand-flash.ssd.html
