Steam pressure may be converted to water pressure without any energy loss.
Steam turbines suffer heat stress, corrosion, descaling and need for pure water.
Hydro turbine suffer none of these and have efficiency up to 90%.
Venting of the steam before entry into hydro turbine exploits all the benefits and reduces Carbon emission by less Coal ignition.
The device for controlling the steam and water movement is no more than a ball floating on water, along with one way fluid activated valves.
The common one way valve and friction on side walls of piping is only efficiency loss.
All piping is standard for the particular chosen hydro turbine design.

1.wind energy to electrical energy, this electrical energy can later on be converted into chemical energy by using an electrolytic cell,
2. using speed of flow of water we can get electrical energy, convert that into chemical energy using electrolytic cell
