So this moves by the DNA "growing" out resulting in a pushing force?

I’ve seen this represented a while ago, in the literature, where the tail flagellates in a rotary motion giving the construct movement, not unlike how the cellular micro organism Euglena propels itself by whipping its tail. The tail rotates more than it oscillates back and forth giving it forward motion – Like a flexible single blade propeller going round. Clever little bugger. Under high resolution, it’s even supposed to look like an organic motor, bearings and all.
