I was wondering, why is fog considere a colloid?

Why not?

A Colloid is a system in which finely divided particles are dispersed within a medium in a manner that prevents them from being filtered easily or settled rapidly.

Sounds like fog to me . .

Or do you mean why does fog act that way?
