This article is amazing. I must confess, as a life scientist, SWCNT meant nothing to me. I can comprehend the actual name, which I hope continues to be used till these initials are widely understood.

One of the greatest barriers to a major evolution in portable computer technology is simply the lack of a suitable power supply. Batteries life has not progressed fast enough to match Moore's law.

This discovery could very well be revolutionary.

any thoughts on this as a potential for an ultra capacitor in the future, assuming a stable matrix with an appropriate control interface could be built and scaled. The storage density and discharge rates could be huge. any comments out there from the real scientists.
