First off, full disclosure: this is Paul from Jingle Networks (aka 1-800-Free-411), and I just wanted to stick my head in here and tell people about some of the differences between our number and Google"s. First, while the Google number has only business listings, 1-800-Free411 has business, residential, and government listings. Also, the Google number has no backup live operator support, while 1-800-Free411 does have that backup for cases of uncommon or difficult to pronounce listings. Lastly, our newest feature is category search -- if you don"t know the name of a specific listing, you can search for it by category (ex., flowers, restaurants, etc). Thanks for providing us this space to differentiate between these two services.
