Let's change the Einstein field equation a bit.
Einstein original Rab - 1/2 * Rgab = 8paiG/c^4 * Tab
Modified version Rab - 1/2 * Rgab = 8paiG/c^4 * (Tmab -Teab)
or Rab - 1/2 * Rgab = 8paiG/c^4 * (Tmab + i*Teab)
Here: Tmab is the stress tensor by matter
Teab is the energy tensor by emission energy
Then this should be the Modified Einstein Field Equation (MEFE).

It talks of dark energy.It does not deny principle of equivalence of warping of space.Time dilation ,is it there?So we cannot comment at this stage probably.

Wouldn't it make things easier if we just accepted that time does not actually exist, that it is only a man made concept that should not be used in trying to distill the physical world around us?

J.A.Wheeller has solved this in the late 50's. After all, he's an author of quantum foam concept. The violation of equivalence principle is evident at the case of high space time curvatures even without equations (compare the Yilmaz/Heim's extended gravity theory).
